
Candy Law is a professional photographer with over a decade of experience in the visual arts. Beginning her journey in photography in 2012, she has developed expertise across various fields, including the magazine industry, fashion, and social strategy. Originally from Hong Kong, Candy is an international student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Media and Communications in Photomedia at Edith Cowan University, where she has expanded her media knowledge and communication skills. This diverse background gives her work a unique, multicultural perspective.

Her passion lies in capturing moments that resonate both emotionally and aesthetically, whether through the lens of a film or digital camera. Candy believes in the power of visual storytelling to connect, inspire, and evoke thought, a conviction evident in her projects. One recent endeavour involved documenting Heirisson Island through the New Topographics approach, blending artistic detachment with environmental advocacy to portray the island’s evolving landscape.
